Payment options:
At ShanthalaMD consultations are booked months in advance, all in-person consultations are performed by a board-certified physician with a small fee of $250 which is not applied towards your procedure.
We regret to say that we do not have a third-party payment system in place. We do not accept Care Credit or any form of Insurance.
All procedures must be paid for in full at the time of service. UltraClear laser, Laser coring, Acne scar treatments, CO2 Laser, RF microneedling, Exosomes, PRP & PDO thread lifts, Ultherapy procedures require a 50% deposit to reserve the time and treatment room.
Cancellation policy:
We request you to kindly give us 2-day notice to modify, reschedule or cancel all appointments and avoid late cancelation fee.
Refund policy:
All services including UltraClear lasercoring, and other Laser, PDO thread lifts, Scar treatment procedures, and injectables (Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane, Voluma, Sculptra, etc) are final. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded.
Age restrictions:
In order to ensure the safety and privacy of all our patients, we request you to not bring your children on site. Please keep in mind that you may not be a candidate for our procedures if you are under 21.
Dr. Shanthala Shivananjappa MD
Dr. Shanthala is a board-certified, Harvard trained anesthesiologist, assistant professor at Yale University, and staff at Massachusetts General Hospital prior to opening her cosmetic medicine clinic. Her extensive experience working with plastic surgical patients in the operating room for more than 25 years, paired with years of training in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, has enabled Dr. Shanthala to have a unique perspective on Anti-aging treatments.
