What is the difference between Jeuveau & Botox?
Also known as Jeuveau, is one of the formulations of Botulinum toxin, approved by the FDA, which is similar to Botox. This temporary muscle relaxing agent is used for cosmetic purposes such as smoothing wrinkles. Newtox can be injected at the corners of the eyes or in between the eyebrows to prevent the wrinkle-forming muscle contractions and improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines). Jeuveau is also used to treat forehead lines and more advanced facial sculpting. (horizontal forehead lines and helps both men and women achieve younger-looking skin.
Is Jeuveau better than Botox?
Jeuveau works similarly to Botox, and in our experience, patients love the long-lasting effects of Jeuveau.
How soon Jeuveau works?
The onset is much faster than the onset of Botox, and some patients do have long-lasting results with Jeuveau in my experience.
How many units of Jeuveau do you need?
The necessary units are similar to that of Botox.
