I am so grateful that I found Dr. Shanthala. From the moment you enter her practice, you instantly feel calm and comfortable. The office staff are so friendly and informative regarding the process to put you at ease during your first visit. Dr. Shanthala took the time to sit with me and discuss my current aging concerns and goals without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She thoroughly explained the anatomy of my face in a way that no other doctor has before and explained the important roles that each muscles plays in my facial expressions. It was obvious from the start that Dr. Shanthala is truly passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best. One of the most unique aspects of Dr. Shanthala’s practice is the fact that she takes the time to consult and educate you prior to completing any treatments or cosmetic procedures. She then takes before and after photos to track your progress and allow you to visually compare your results. Let me tell you, I was BLOWN away. After one Botox treatment with Dr. Shanthala, my face had a more youthful and wrinkle free glow without looking fake or frozen. I can’t tell you how many people came up to me within the first week of my treatment to tell me how healthy and well rested I looked. 5 stars are not enough for this amazing doctor. She treats each person as an individual and helps you to feel beautiful and confident. I walked into Dr. Shanthala’s office looking to do something and ended up doing things totally different then what was planned. And I’m glad I went with her recommendation. She truly thinks about her clients and wants you to spend on your most needed improvement. Your money will be wisely spent if you listen to her.... Dr. Shanthala is truly amazing at what she does! She’s thoughtful and caring. Listens to your wants and needs and advises what she thinks is best. I don’t know if you’re anything like me, but I’m an instant gratification kinda gal. Who thinks more is always better! She cares about her patients and would never do anything that wasn't in their best interest just because that’s what we wanted and were willing to pay. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is friendly and kind. I always feel comfortable from the beginning of the procedure, to the end. She talks you through and makes sure you know exactly what’s happening and when. I joked with Marciel as I was booking my next appointment that I will always come to Dr. Shanthala until she stops practicing and even then I may beg her to treat me from home! My lips have never felt fuller and I’ve never had such confidence as I do now!... Ever since I was seven, my left labia has always been a bit bigger than the right side, and to be honest, I was going to perform labiaplasty on myself because it bothered me too much. And I didn't even know that this existed until I spontaneously search for other women with the same problem. I was hesitant on paying $2K+ on this surgery because I am only 19, full-time college student, and... Words can’t express my gratitude! 100% satisfied. Wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. Highly recommend! Five star service.
