Biostimulators

A collagen bio-stimulator is a substance injected into the deep layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production. All Biostimulator injections are performed by our physician at ShanthalaMD.

This treatment can be combined with other energy-based procedures such as UltraClear Laser or RF Microneedling or ULtherapy or FRAX PRO lasers to enhance the synergistic effect and promote new collagen synthesis.

Unlike some device-based treatments, collagen bio-stimulators can be safely injected at any time and are suitable for all skin types. At our clinic, we primarily use Sculptra (also known as PLLA) and hyper-dilute Radiesse as collagen bio-stimulators, tailored to regional aesthetic needs.

Additionally, platelet-rich plasma and EXOSOMES can also complement these treatments, further enhancing collagen synthesis. By integrating these approaches, we aim to achieve optimal results for addressing skin laxity, fine lines, and wrinkles.
