How can you obtain temporary Facelift type of results without surgery?

Do you agree that it is not that easy to get surgical facelift-like results without undergoing surgery?

Or, is it possible?

Well, Dr. Shanthala is very honest about the limitations involved with all these so called or false facelift procedures. None of these can come close to a surgical facelift. For those patients who do not wish to have surgery she combines several modalities and she calls pan facial rejuvenation to obtain non surgical facelift.it is possible to get temporary full-face rejuvenation without having surgery. This is possible in someone with good facial volume and elasticity of the skin.

If the person has significant solar damage and severe volume loss, they need a combination treatment of both skin tightening with several energy based devices such as lasers, RF microneedling, ultherapy  and volume replacement.

How can Fillers help with a Nonsurgical facelift?

Dermal fillers with bio-stimulatory properties can provide both volume and collagen stimulation. One can not simply add fillers to a face with severe laxity. One can not place PDO threads or HA fillers with someone who has severe solar elastosis. Its important to keep in mind that one may need EBD or energy based procedures , volume replacemrnt and may be some tissue repositioning to achive the best nonsurgical facelift type of improvement. But it will never be like surgery.

Injected under the skin’s surface, dermal fillers can be used to plump lips, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and fill volume loss. We offer both semi-permanent and temporary fillers to treat deep wrinkles, frown lines, smile lines, vertical lip lines, marionette lines, hollowed cheeks, and eyes, declining lip volume, and acne scars.

What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) or a Vampire Face Lift?

A cutting-edge form of regenerative medicine using the body’s own plasma to restore collagen in the skin.
In the normal course of aging, there is a natural loss of facial fat, collagen, and hyaluronic acid – the chemical which keeps the skin moist, full, and youthful looking. The process usually begins in the 20s as the skin’s natural supports begin to break down, producing a gradual loss of definition in the cheeks, eye sockets, temples, lips, jawline, and forehead. The skin loses much of its youthful elasticity as a result of normal aging. However, behavioral or environmental factors can contribute to and even speed up the process.
Dr. Shanthala is an expert and  international speaker on EXOSOMES offers a variety of combination results using regenerative medicine principles in a safe way to obtain optimal results.

What does Volume Loss look like?

As facial volume diminishes, the skin will have acquired lines or wrinkles due to collagen and facial fat depletion. There is a hallowing around the eye sockets along with sunken temples, flattened cheeks, and loose skin around the jawline, better known as jowls. Fine lines appear on the lips and around the nose and fold from around the corners of the nose and mouth. The skin appears drier, thinner, and less pliable and vibrant.
